What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and lead a team of field workers to complete drainage projects efficiently and with excellent quality control, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they stay informed and satisfied at every stage of their project. You will build strong relationships with customers, helping them feel confident and comfortable with the work being done on their property.

  • Visit various project locations to oversee work and ensure everything is on track, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. You will conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that ensure the project stays on schedule and within scope.

  • Maintain high standards for quality and safety while keeping projects on schedule. You will be responsible for motivating your team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that resources are available, and materials are delivered on time, contributing to seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of field team management experience, with a focus on drainage systems. You should have hands-on experience managing drainage projects, including site preparation, installation, and quality assurance.

  • In-depth knowledge of drainage solutions and effective installation practices. You should be able to assess different situations and determine the best approach to solve drainage problems.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with both team members and customers, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that instructions are clearly understood.

  • A strong leader who’s passionate about quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. You should be able to inspire your team to work efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and deliver high-quality results.

  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve on the go. We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, handle unexpected challenges, and make informed decisions that keep projects moving forward smoothly.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed based on project requirements. Flexibility is key, as some projects may require additional hours to meet customer needs.

  • Location: Hybrid remote in Garden Grove, CA 92841. You’ll have the ability to work remotely for certain tasks, but regular on-site presence is required to manage and supervise fieldwork effectively.
